I wish I would've look closer while Linda was painting my nails. I didn't like these at all :( she's super nice and sweet, but I didn't like her work today. I've had her do my nails before and she did great previous times. Not sure what changed. If I come back, I'll come see Ellen. Ellen did my nails perfect last time. Also, I'm prego and one of the guys there smelled like cigarettes. So I had to put a mask on because I couldn't handle the smell. I'm not sure I'll be back while pregnant. My toe nails feel like they have bubbles and I can't reach them to paint them because I'm 7 months prego. So this will have to do :/ my hands I can fix thankfully! Ugh just frustrated this is what things look like when I paid well and tipped well.
5 stars for the availability, timelines, customer service, thorough job, and satisfaction. The vibe is also great since it's laid back. We're just missing 5 stars on the cleanliness as they do not use new packs of nail kits for each customer. You can tell they recycle the kits and hopefully sterilize them after each use. I do like how they use plastic bags for the pedis I only come here for a pedicure and I go to Lucy ONLY although the other nail techs seem to be okay too
Honestly they are good but not that good enough. They need to work on their costumer service and also hire more people they lose business because they don’t have enough staff and also some of the staff can’t do nails or they just try to get you in and out. They don’t know how to shape or even do a simple design. They need to hire more young people who actually are learning and will take the time to do nails.45 is a lot for nails that are uneven not the same size.
