I'll echo a previous review; this EA was fine enough last year but this year has failed to return emails, portal messages, and voice mails. I could use an online do-it-yourself program but go to an EA just to be extra careful and have representation in case of an audit. I have no confidence this EA would be available to defend any return he prepares.

He was a great accountant until this year. I tried getting in touch with him by phone and only got a recording and no response to the recording. I tried contacting him through his website portal and I received the information that I was rejected from sending messages to his portal.

Paradigm Tax Services is the best. I always feel like the needs of both my personal taxes and my business tax filings are a priority. The are responsive, quick to communicate any needs, and always available to help. I whole heartedly recommend then for business and personal tax services.
