Went to speedee for an fluid top off and Anthony who is a employee there was very helpful and knowledgeable about cars I really appreciate him helping me out and will definitely be coming back.

Been taking all my cars to this location for years, never had any issues. Staff is always polite, friendly, and efficient. Sometimes they get busy, but I'm never waiting too long. The technicians always let me know if something other than a simple oil change needs to be done and how much it'll cost before they go ahead with any additional work. Haven't been disappointed yet. Highly recommend.

Sorry. I pulled up and there were only 2 cars ahead of mine. There were at least 5 people working. There was no eagerness to help. Everyone seemed to be in slow motion. The one young lady who finally decided to help me would stop to talk to her coworker for extended periods of time before returning to have me finish the initial paperwork. Then another group of young men who worked there all huddled around each other and listened to loud music and chatted with one another. I eventually left because it didn't seem like anyone wanted to work that day. Hopefully it was just an off day. Posting mainly for management to see and hopefully correct.
