I had water damage to my laptop in the summer. I had it fixed at another shop. A few months later it slowly started having Blue screen of death(bsod) issues every few days. Over the time of a few more months, the bsod started showing up daily to the point my laptop was unusable. I tried many things myself but no luck in fixing the issue. Jim was able to completely fix the BSOD problems i had and now the laptop runs just as good as when i first bought it! Very thankful and will definitely come to him anytime i have other issues. Highly recommended!

Definitely a life saver!! My 2014 MacBook Air battery finally died on me. I reached out to Jim who said he could help, I dropped off my computer, and he fixed me up quickly. When I got her back, the battery worked, but a couple of days later, she decided to die again. Jim walked me through a few fixes, but nothing was working. I took her back to him and he found the issue (logic board) and got her back up and running! I didn't want to have to spend a couple grand on a new laptop, so Jim gave the old girl new life! I cannot recommend enough!
