My wife and I selected this company because of their reputation, and they did not disappoint! Franklin is the person that you will likely interact with and he is one of the most professional and courteous contractors that I have hired in a while. Not to mention that his prices are very competitive, and his crew left our property looking cleaner than it did before he arrived. The trees look amazing, and regarding the ones we removed it is as if they were never there. If you need tree services look no further than this company!

Franklin responded the day after my voice mail and arranged to stop by that afternoon for an estimate. This was the first time we were getting tree service so I had no idea what to expect. He pointed out concerns he had with each tree (two ornamental pears ~30 years old) and had clear ideas of what he could do and what risks there would be. He provided estimates starting with clearing one tree away from the roof, all the way to full removal of both trees and optional stump grinding. We found the full service within our means. On the day of work, his crew showed up a little early but it was not an issue. They just started setting up on the front tree, getting ready until I got home and let them access the back. Parking was suboptimal but they made do with what was available. Then they not only took the trees down, but cleaned up far better than I had expected - even using a pruner to hook errant limbs that fell on the wrong side of the fence without trespassing on the neighbor. The front tree had a lot of saplings growing off the roots and while Franklin had been clear at the outset that they would not remove the roots, they systematically removed all the saplings! All in all they went beyond what I expected. All that's left is a little sawdust from the stumps being grinded. When Franklin himself showed up to check in on the crew, he agreed to add pruning a small windswept fruit tree for a minimal charge while they were there, and from a short list of native trees I was able to get some recommendations from him regarding what I was looking for in replacements. Definitely recommend and definitely would call on again! Best contractor experience we've had since we became homeowners!

Green Lane Tree Service exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend them for any tree service you need. Franklin responded quickly and professionally to our request for an estimate. He took the time to clearly explain and answer all our questions about the work and then provided a fair estimate on the spot. Franklin arranged for the work to be done in a timely manner, and arrived on time to perform the work. The crew carefully covered my front yard and shielded my windows before beginning their work, and they took care to clean up completely before leaving. His crew did an amazing job getting my old oak back into shape and completely exceeded my expectations. I would definitely use Green Lane Tree service again! Thanks, Franklin!
