I have long hair but my ends were kind of messed up. I wanted to preserve the length but clean up the split ends. Natalie did a root smudge for me along with a haircut. I was so happy!! My hair looked so much healthier and somehow she maintained a ton of length while making the edges seem so healthy! Some other stylists at other places made it seem like I had to cut off 6 inches to achieve a healthy look, but Natalie was able to achieve that result by removing less than 2 inches, so I'm very grateful for her listening to my goals and making it happen. I really felt heard and respected. The root smudge was also real nice because it created a lot of dimension and was really aesthetically pleasing but didn't scream "MY HAIR IS DYED". It flowed so well and I got a lot of compliments about how nice it looked. My husband, who hates when I dye my hair, even agreed that the root smudge added something positive. The decor and everything is really cute. It was Halloween so I ate some of the mini candies they set out and had a hot cocoa with the Keurig. I also got to pet a little doggo that was visiting - whaaattt that's amazing! What a lovely surprise when going in for a haircut I'll be back - thank you so much!
