Robert is highly knowledgeable, professional and we highly recommend him. He was able to diagnose issues and establish solutions to a highly complex property where the home sits recessed from hillside slopes on two sides. His inspection isn’t free but you get what you pay for and Robert is the best!

Robert came out on time and ready to go. He sounded confident, knowledgeable and very professional. This was my mothers house that was purchased by myself and my wife. She lived there for 40 years and there was 40 years of items in the house.Robert worked around and under the mess and was very understanding and kind. The report came in 48 hours as expected and it was thorough and well thought of. We are very satisfied with the service performed and would highly recommend this group for engineering reports. Our focus was the homes foundation and structural integrity.It gave us a clearer and better understanding of what we are purchasing and the the possible future work that may or may not be needed in the course of owning my mother's home.
