We had a custom cabinet/desk area installed almost 2 years ago. It has held up tremendously well. Chris was very nice, and for the most part exceeded my expectations with professionalism- I am giving 4/5 stars because we did have a hiccup when everything was installed he came without having the final molding pieces. I gave the final 50% of my payment and it took over a month to get those two pieces put in. Excuse was that they were drying but then I had to call over and over. My husband was very upset that I had paid the final payment before it was in fact completed because he went and cashed the check almost immediately, knowing he wasn't done. STAY AWAY- My in-laws were looking for a Cabinet Maker, that's not what we got when we hired Chris. I don't think he cares anymore about the quality of his work. He missed several appointments and was very rude on several occasions. He was supposed to center the upper cabinets over the sink window. It was 3" off to one side. This is basic cabinet making (101). I asked him what happened and he said "I TRIED"......When I mentioned issues that needed correcting he would go into a rant about how he has been a Cabinet Maker for 25 years and I know what I am doing...... We were very happy to get him out of the house before he screwed anything else up.... read full review
