There was an issue with my heating unit, I contacted Titan and they scheduled me for an appointment the following day. Two technicians came to my home , Mathew and Freddy, both were very professional and knowledgeable. They quickly were able to fix the problem and the charge was very reasonable. Trust is a very important factor and I believe this company is very trustworthy. I will definitely use them for any future HVAC issues.

Not only was the technician prompt and polite, he had everything on his van to complete a rather complex repair. This was on the sixth day of the worst heatwave this year. I will certainly recommend Titan Air to anyone needing a professional in this area.
My one regret is I forgot to note the tech's name or I'd single him out here. He made the process painless.
