    We had a great experience. The receptionists are very friendly and attentive. I was having phone issues and they were kind enough to call me back and text me to make sure I was able to make an appointment for my daughter. The stylists were kind and did such a beautiful job, her hair has never looked better. We will definitely be back!

    I’ve gone with Charisma for about a year now, and I have never had a better hair stylist. I always feel like I am at home when I’m there and it’s never been an unpleasant experience. In fact it’s an experience I wish everyone could have at least once in their life.
