We have had several occasions catered by Hollis and her amazing staff. She can provide a very generous,delicious, beautifully decorated, unique buffet or formal dinner. I have referred several friends to her and they in turn referred other friend. Hollis provides gourmet food at affordable prices.
Just had the smoked brisket tacos and Asian salad (one it’s chicken and one with ahi) from the Quarantine Menu. Soooooo good! Also had smoked salmon brunch boxes.... it says they’re for one but there was enough for two! Delicious food and a great value. Parties by Panache is the best!
