My mom’s main drain to the city line was clogged on a Sunday afternoon. I called Pacific Rooter and they had someone there within a 1/2 hour. Luke was friendly, efficient and quickly assessed the situation and let me know my options. He quickly cleared the clog but as a precaution put the camera down the drain and found more debris close to the city connection. He cleared that and checked again to see if there was any more problems but everything was clear. Great job in a timely manner. I’ll definitely call Pacific again.
Technician was very nice and answered all my questions, he made sure everything was working as expected. The service was above and beyond! He also answered some questions about future work!! Thanks!!🙂
Called back and was able to come same day. I didn't discuss price ahead of service so it was a bit higher than expected but I was glad to get the service done by a technician I had used before. Fixed tub back up same day.
