I see Mae who is a great stylist. I always get what I describe to her. It's a bit pricey for me but worth it to have my hair done exactly the way I want. You'll understand if you've ever had a bad haircut.

I got a very uneven haircut and reached out to the hairstylist, and the issue was not resolved, and I've spent a lot of money trying to fix my hair. I was insulted and ignored.

If I could give less stars I would! As I entered the salon I was not greeted and in fact waited 10 mins until the reception acknowledged me. She was laughing and messing around with another girl. I've been coming to this salon for years and it seems to be getting worse and worse. If it wasn't for my hairstylist I wouldn't come. In fact she had to go and try and find shampoo because apparently they had ran out. What salon doesn't have shampoo??? The lack of anyone caring in the salon is noticed!
