Beautiful offices awesome front desk very hygienic but when it comes to patient care appointments it’s miserable they make you wait they overbook appt they don’t value your time you are just a number sitting waiting to be called in 5 out of 10 visits you end waiting longer .

Kaiser Brea is the best??? All staff here are professionals, my DR!! Dr.Wu is awesome! Hard to find real Dr in today's world. Just take care Dr . Take some time off and recharge .... God knows we all need it from time to time.

The pharmacy staff is terrible. I am pregnant was prescribed certain meds. They called to say "we don't fill OTC (over-the-counter meds)." Can you just do your job and fill my meds because I know I get discounted on it from insurance? They gave me a run-around and placed me on hold FOREVER hoping I would hang up. I asked for them to transfer my meds to Kaiser Anaheim by 91. They didn't even bother. Anyways I ordered it myself and sure enough- I WAS RIGHT! My meds on estimated cost were WAY cheaper than their OTC retail pricing. Please just do your job next time, and tell people their total instead of going out of your way to delay filling it up. I'm several hours late...read full review
