Staff is extremely nice, helpful and kind. The treatment itself was not as bad as I expected. Wasn’t uncomfortable at all. Sensation was a little bit to get used to but, it didn’t take but a couple of minutes. The entire process took less time and was completed in about 20 minutes. I had some redness through out the next day but figured that’s just my sensitive skin. I have had no pain or any discomfort from my first procedure and am looking forward to my next one. I’m just sorry I waited so many years to do it.
I love going to my appointments I always feel comfortable. During my treatments my nurse always ask if I’m okay through out my laser removal and she makes sure I’m satisfied with the experience while she is working on my face and the receptionist is so nice she always great you with a smile and makes me feel comfortable the second I walk through the door I love it here at the Brea location in Cali
When I call the girls answered all my questions. I had several concerns that this wouldn't be the right product for me. When I was done speaking to them I was sure I was going to be doing the right thing.
