One of the most hands-on labs I've worked with. They clearly take a lot of pride in their work, and contribute their own time and, when needed, physical presence to make sure the product is as desired. They also jumped in when an emergency same-day fix was required.
I needed a new crown for my front tooth to cover discoloration, as my real tooth had started turning black. My previous crown was too transparent, and when it was originally made, no one took the time to properly color-match it with my other teeth.
