Let me just say that Cesar is a fabulous hair stylist. It's been such a hassle trying to find someone to help me manage my mane lol I've literally left other salons with tears after having my curls butchered. This is my second time visiting Elletic Salon after being referred by a loved one & I'll definitely be coming back. Cesar is a true professional & I appreciate that he takes the time to listen.
