I had Hugh come out under a warranty call for my dish washer. The first time he said the water pressure in the house was too high and that we needed to call a plumber. We called a plumber and he said that was ridiculous and that was not the case. The 2nd time he came out he said it was the pump, and he'll order it. The 3rd time he came out he was unable to get the dishwasher out of the space under the counter and that he needed to call a separate company that had the tools to do it. The other company came out and pulled the machine and replaced the part and it was still not fixed. This was a three week process to not get it fixed.
