I put out a request through Angie's list for roofers and got a call from Zoro who came out to give me a free estimate. He was very thorough and thoughtful in the process getting onto my roof and inspecting my problem, then hand wrote out two separate detailed quotes for me, one for a partial roof repair vs a total re-roof quote. He was patient to answer all my questions and stuck with me following up in the subsequent days to provide me references and proof of insurance and even photos of their past work. This company doesn't have a huge number of online reviews and Zoro said it's because they are a smaller business that really focuses on a smaller number... read full review
