Recently left my 1 1/2 year old pup there as a last minute emergency board. I was very excited thinking it was such a miracle that someone had room last minute. Was a bit bummed to hear that he would be the only pup being boarded at the moment but was just grateful someone could watch over my sweet boy. I received a few updates and a couple of photos in his 4 day stay.

My mother in law picked him up for me before I arrived from the airport. When I saw him, first thing I noticed was a rather large scrape/scratch on his nose. "I recently took my dog to this salon for a grooming session, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the results. I had specifically asked the groomer to cut my dog's fur in a certain way, but when I picked him up, it was clear that my instructions had not been followed. His fur was unevenly trimmed and looked nothing like what I had requested.I was very upset about this, as I had trusted the salon to take good care of my dog and follow my instructions.
