Monarch Iconography was the photographer at my daughter's senior prom. The owner quickly resolved a problem with the portrait package that I ordered online to my satisfaction. She corresponded with me in a timely, professional manner. The photos are lovely, thank you!

I definitely recommend choosing Monarch for your pictures/events! I first went to the studio for my newborn’s first pictures. It was a great experience and they provided plenty of print and digital packages. I even got a collage! I went back for my daughter’s 1 year photos and I was so grateful for the patience and positive attitude. Letty is always happy and helpful and her team is excellent!

I emailed them about a session with my son, and they responded within an hour, explained what the shoot entailed and the different package costs. When we got to the studio that morning, my son was really nervous but Letty was patient with him and her assistant was sweet and helpful at getting him to ease up. We ended up with some really great photos for my son's kindergarten graduation that everyone in our family loves. I ordered the photos from my proofs a week later and a week after that they came in the mail. Highly recommend, and would definitely use again! :)
