They don't respect appointments, and to reschedule you despite it being their fault, they give it to you almost 2 months later, there are only about 2 kind doctors there, the majority and especially those who attend on Saturdays are rude and pressure you - What's wrong? But they want you to say it quickly so they can go quickly (literally, they don't even last 2 minutes, but they take up to 30 minutes to serve you when they take you to the room, even with an appointment).

Due to an urgency I arrived at this clinic without prior appointment and as a first time patient; I was surprised by the speed with which they carried out the registration process taking vital signs, and medical consultation. The whole process was in less than an hour. The clinic is very clean, very well organized, in addition the staff is very friendly and professional.

I literally drive all the way from Holtville to skip over El Centros Innercare. All doctors have helped me fight my fear of medical assistance personnel. It seems that the staff is held to a certain level of effort and accomplishment.
