I went for an acute sickness aligned with a cold or flu. Arrived early to my appointment and got into the room right on time but waited forever for anyone to come in and see me. When they did come in, it was a nurse just to swab my nose and the doctor immediately after. I was barely talking to him for 10 minutes. He asked only one or two questions about others in the house and then just sent me off, barely talking about anything I'm feeling or my symptoms. I got sent home before my test results even came in, never was given a result, and was told that my symptoms would be treated rather than being told anything about the root cause. Excellent service. Montalvo is knowledgeable, professional, and very compassionate Ashley is extremely efficient , friendly and always treats patients with respect . Always going above and beyond for patient. Very professional telephone etiquette. Highly recommend for all your medical needs.
Innercare Brly has the best service in Imperial Valley hands down. Very professional and excellent Doctors and Nurse Practitioners! I’m usually in and out in 20-30 minutes!
