Due to an urgency I arrived at this clinic without prior appointment and as a first time patient; I was surprised by the speed with which they carried out the registration process taking vital signs, and medical consultation. The whole process was in less than an hour. The clinic is very clean, very well organized, in addition the staff is very friendly and professional.

I literally drive all the way from Holtville to skip over El Centros Innercare. All doctors have helped me fight my fear of medical assistance personnel. It seems that the staff is held to a certain level of effort and accomplishment.

It needs improvement most front office employees are rude give you the wrong appointment date. Doctors don't even check you they just walk in and ask a few questions then walk out. The positive side is that the wait time is short and it doesn't take long to answer the phones like before
