Luis, Tori, and their team was amazing. They helped us in a time of uncertainty and guided us through every step of the way. They are really nice people and understanding. They tailored everything to your needs and your loved one's. They were in touch with my family, 3rd party agencies, and the cemetary. Took really good care of us. I am so grateful for all the time and talents of Tori at Frye Chapel as she was so kind to help me put together a lovely grave stove for my my father's sister who had passed when she was 4. I wanted her to be remembered and Tori was so thoughtful in all the process. Also the cost was very reasonable. I never had to worry about anything, Tori and her people took care of everything. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for Gabino Hernandez, Saul and there team. When my brother passed away it was devastating for my family. Gabino took the time to listen to my family needs and did everything possible to accommodate us. He made him self available and always answered questions regardless of time of day. At the time of the service, Saul was so calm, compassionate, and available during the most difficult time in our lives.
