What I would like is for there to be a ten star rating for this company. If there was, I would be so happy to put that down. Five stars just really isn't enough. We had a horrible experience with San Diego's Mr. Rooter (who sent out a local Alpine company) doing some work on our septic line. You can find my review of them on their review space. Scott Blackburn, the owner of this amazingly honest and reliable company, seemed so down-to-earth from the beginning. His price was far less than the other bids we got, and he even did a repair on our septic tank and didn't charge us for it. He put in all new lines from the septic tank to the leach field, and a new leach field. He was able to squeeze us in earlier than we thought, and since he had already pulled the permit, it worked out beautifully. He offered to show the new buyers how the septic system worked and was set up. Scott was responsive, reliable, trustworthy, and caring. Add in a great, fair price and that's what makes for an awesome businessman and an awesome man, period.
This is an amazing retreat center, run by wonderful people. I really enjoy going there and staying over. It is peaceful and relaxing.
During the last storm the roof on the patio had gotten blown off and caused quite the mess for us. Outlaw Roofing was not only quick to respond, but very informative on all our options and gave us what they believed to be the best for our situation. they were very quick to come out and stop the problem before the next storm came in. My son Evan and now me go to Beverly Oaks with our female Siberian husky. She is 12 yrs now!! Took her in 3 days ago.
