I started pilates with Tammy three years ago when I was struggling with injuries, arthritis and chronic pain. Three years later I have prehabbed and rehabbed a hip replacement, and prehabbed a recent knee replacement. I canโt stress enough the positive difference it has made in my recovery from a difficult surgery, and in my physical well being in everyday life. Tammy is relentless in her attention to detail in form and safety, while challenging each client to find their maximum effort. She has decades of experience teaching the pilates method, and it shows. My balance and core strength are better than they have been in years. I would recommend Tammy to anyone from athletes and dancers to those struggling with physical limitations. She meets you where you are, and improves your functional strength.
I was new to Pilates when I started going here about a year ago.... it was, and continues to be, a gift to myself. I feel like a new person when I walk out of the hour class.... a better, taller, version of myself! Tammy is a great teacher and watches your form closely! Always checking in with her students and making adjustments so they get the best possible workout! She is such a gift to the community and I am so grateful my friend recommended her!!
I am hooked on Pilates! Tammy is a knowledgeable, intuitive, and fun teacher! I look forward to every session and after only 12 hours so far, I can really feel a difference in my posture, core strength, and flexibility. My body coordination still needs plenty of work ๐
