Battery died while camping. Jump started the car and drove over to Tito's. Junior greeted me immediately with a big smile. I told him that I believed a needed a new battery. He said that he would try to charge the old battery first to determine if I really needed a battery. Long story short, there was a dead cell so the battery needed to be replaced. He replaced the battery with a very minimal wait. It was after all of this professional service with a smile that I found out that they weren't even open that day! Really can't get better than that!! Thank you, Junior, for making my day!!
I will always put small businesses over the big chains. Tito's was a great recommendation from my sister to check out. I drove to Borrego from Washington and experienced some vibrating brakes going to down grade and in the Oregon mountains. Let's just say, I have Tito's Auto Care doing some work on my Tundra tomorrow.
