Dr. Joseph Cerjan Is a terrible doctor. He is unfriendly, cold and dismissive. He took no interest in my history and the reason I was at my visit, and essentially told me he didn’t believe me when I told him my symptoms. He lied on my online chart by not only misquoting me but again, saying I had no symptoms. Borrego deserves much better than a doctor him- I left feeling not listened to, untreated, and shamed.

This is my doctor's office and although I love my doctor you can't see him but every 3 months and my biggest pet peeve right now is the answering service I would like to talk to the doctor's office the answering service is 24 hours a day you never can reach anything at the desk and no one ever calls back I very rarely go to the doctor so when I'm trying to make an appointment it's pretty important although I do go to urgent care they do not do physicals and TB skin test for jobs and they're having me wait 3-4 months out for an appointment so I think I'll be switching doctors

We brought our 8 year old here to get stitches and the doctor told us he wasn’t certified to see children so we had to drive an hour to Ramona with a bleeding kid. Parents, take note before traveling to the area.
