Horrible experience. I had an appointment with Jeanine the manager at Supercuts in Bonita,CA for my usual color and cut. Instead of being my worker she instead turned me over to a extremely inexperienced worker who just started her first clients today. Jeanine started the coloring process then had this girl take over while Jeannie worked on 4: other people. I was abandoned by Jeanine. This other girl didn't know how to do even the simplist job of rinsing coloring out of hair. She kept having to ask Jeanine questions. Then Jeanine had her cut my hair even though i wanted Jeanine to do the entire process. No idea how to cut hair. Jeanine had to take over. By then my hair...read full review

Blake has been cutting my hair for almost one year and she’s absolutely terrific. She’s consistent, friendly, and professional. It’s difficult to find someone who cuts my hair the way I prefer and Blake gets it right every time. She has a customer for life. I highly recommend her!

Forgot my hairstylist name, positive, helpful, welcoming, and just enough conversation where it is not awkward and here is no need to have full on deep conversation to be a good experience
