Excellent experience! Elizabeth is so passionate and so kind in doing what she does I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for body therapy and to relieve pain! She really does care for her clients and is very knowledgeable! 10 stars!!

Absolutely incredible ! I trusted her during my pregnancy ? and everything went fabulously well. On top of being knowledgeable she thinks of a plan to treat you. It has been a 100% success for me. I had lower back pain, shoulder tightness, hips and gluteal area stiffness, and foot injury. The plus for me is the extra relaxation and meditation that she is able to bring me at. I learned how to really focus on my deeper healing to start the mechanism. Trust the process. Warm and welcoming room I feel safe and very comfortable. It is always a treat for me to go to my acupuncturist session.

I was looking for a physical therapist in the San Diego South Bay area to treat a flare up of low back pain when I met Elizabeth and decided to try acupuncture for the first time instead. The entire experience in Bonita was relaxing, and very effective. She listened with care and intent, then went right after it. The improvement was immediate. In case you have never had acupuncture either, you don't feel the needles at all. I'm not sure how it all works, but what Elizabeth does is magic and I recommend her healing talents.
