A very good pool service in my opinion. My pool is always clean and clear. They are reliable and know what they are doing. Will keep using them for a long time after all the previous services flaked out at one point or another. I like that you get email reports with a picture after service. That way I know everything is alright when I am out of town or still at work. Their prices are very reasonable too, so I am happy.

We have had them as our pool service for about 2 years now. Everything just works. They service our pool every week, pool is always clean, pricing is fair and transparent. When there is a problem they come out within a day or two. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service and would recommend them.

I don't understand the negative reviews here. We switched to SD Poolworks based on interviewing Sven. During that interview, he diagnosed several areas where our prior pool company had been short-changing us. We have a salt water pool, and the other company had let the salt level get so low that it wasn't functioning as a salt water pool. They were using chlorine instead, because that's easier to maintain (i.e., it seems they were being lazy and hoping we wouldn't notice). Sven fixed this, and our pool has been much nicer since (~3 months in). Sven is less expensive, more communicative, and better to work with than our old service.
