I'm impressed and appreciative of Nixtermite's honesty. We have had Travis over to our home twice over the last couple of years to check out what we worried were signs of termites. Both times, Travis assured us that what we were seeing was not termites and not to be concerned about and we didn't need any of Nixtermite's services. This shows me that Travis and the company prioritize honesty to their customers, rather than making money in the short term. Additionally, scheduling the inspection and the office staff member I spoke with on the phone was very kind and helpful.

Well nobody wants to need tenting for termites right? But this company makes it so easy! From the inspection (Thanks Travis!) to the tenting, to the follow-up, they are amazing. It starts with the Owner and filters down to all the staff. If you need tenting, please call them! You won’t be disappointed! Thanks guys for getting all the “guys” out of my house! ?
