It was a pleasure working with Benjamin. I normally do my own taxes, however, this year my wife and I had a complex return. I was not able to go to the office in person due to work, however, I was able to send over all my documents through their secure portal. Once I sent the information, Benjamin took care of everything. My return was filed electronically, the payment to the IRS was processed quickly and I received the state refund about a week later.
