Contacted Mr. Ben for some tax consultation via Yelp. He replied immediately. I had many follow up questions and he answered them to my satisfaction and provided correct guidance. He didn't charge me for any of this consolation. It was very timely and free. No need to guess how it would be when one goes for paid consolation. It will be definitely first class service. I would go with them in a heart beat.
