“SD Fatloss was a great program for me. I loved that I was cooking all the meals at home, with ingredients I chose. I am not very good at tracking every food I eat. During the fat loss period, it forced me to do it and watch everything I ate. Later on, choosing the right food and the amount I ate, became a habit, which I was hoping for. I am in my maintenance phase, adding fats and carbs, but still losing weight slightly. I am happy and I hope to continue eating healthy and keeping my weight off.“

I quickly got asked for refreshments and got started right away. I had may as my hairstylist and she was amazing! she did exactly what I wanted and even gave me good advice on how to cut, style, and treat my hair. She’s super sweet and definitely very experienced with cutting hair. “Making an appointment is simple when doing it online. All front desk staff are always friendly and helpful every time I go there. Alayna, all I can say is that she is amazing!! She’s patient and answers all your questions. She is also very honest which I love! She’s very personable and so kind and friendly. She made me feel comfortable and talked me through everything even though it was my 4th time getting lip filler. This was my “first time with her”. It usually takes many pokes and about 30 min and hurts real bad. With Alayna, she gave minimal pokes and minimal pain. She was done with upper and lower lip injections within 13 min. She will definitely be my go to girl from now on and I highly, highly recommend her. Thank you Alayna!!“
