Most recently my brand new Birkenstock Sandals needed an additional hole created for both straps on both shoes because they were too wide/loose and needed to fit snugger. Bonita Shoe repair had me out in less then 5 minutes and ready to wear my shoes. Absolutely happy with the service and prices. They fix purses and luggage too. This is family business passed down for years.
