I first contacted another carpet cleaning service in Bolinas, but they would not come out to inspect the carpet before giving an estimate and only gave me a rough price that could change. After that, I called a different carpet cleaning company, and Timothy came by to look at the carpet in person before giving a quote. That made the whole process feel much more professional and clear. we had a tough carpet stain in our office that would not come out with normal cleaning, so we thought a small carpet repair patch would be the only fix. after hearing from others that the area would need a much bigger replacement or that nothing could really be done, we contacted Max Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. jonah arrived the next week, looked over the damaged spot carefully, and did an excellent job repairing only the stained section. the carpet blended in so well that you really cannot tell where the patch was, even if you look closely. i was very impressed with his carpet repair skill, attention to detail, and friendly, professional way of handling everything....read full review
Where do I even start! Kristopher did an amazing job with my carpet cleaning and tile and grout cleaning. He took care of tough pet stains, strong pet odors, dirty grout, and stained tile, and everything looked fresh, clean, and almost like new again. The whole process was smooth from start to finish.
