I’ve used this carpet and upholstery cleaning service twice, and both visits were excellent. Jonah and his crew cleaned the upholstery on my indoor and outdoor sectionals, and everything came out spotless. He also applied fabric protection to the freshly cleaned cushions at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. On another visit, he cleaned and sealed the grout on my marble bathroom floor. The grout had been installed poorly and had built up a lot of dirt over time that I could never fully remove. I recently had Erick come over to clean the carpet in my daughter's bedroom after we got a new puppy. Our cat didn’t like the change and started avoiding the litter box, hiding under the bed, and unfortunately using the carpet instead. We hadn’t had our carpets cleaned since we moved in, so it was definitely overdue! The results were amazing—I was shocked at how fresh and clean everything looked. We were even thinking about replacing the carpets, but after this cleaning, there’s no need for new flooring any time soon. I’m looking forward to getting the rest of the house ready for another visit!
Jonah and Erick arrived right on time and made sure to put on shoe covers before entering our home. They carefully masked off the areas around the furniture and even set up a temporary door to help keep the cool air in and prevent any bugs from getting inside, which was a nice touch with the warm California weather. I really appreciated all the extra care they took. They listened to all my questions and explained everything clearly. They were upfront about what to expect since our carpets have seen many years of use.
