opened the door expecting someone to be there right away since i had an appoitment but waited almost 20 mins in the parking lot. once they got started though the guys were super friendly and did a good job fixing the clogged drain in about an hour. definately would go back if i have another issue even though that wait was a bit frustrating. i just wish theyd give you a heads up if they going to be late next time but overall its a solid option around here.

John and crew always do great work for us. This week, they came up the mountain to assess our complex radiant heat system. This is not normal plumbing and Damon advised us to call in a specialist. He did not charge us for the call. This is the kind of professionalism and advice we need in the valley. Other plumbers would have damaged our sensitive system, General made the right call. Their referral was prompt, professional, and the repair was far more complicated than I imagined. Glad we got in a radiant specialist. Thanks Damon and John for exceptional service.

after dealing with a no good home warranty co and the contractor that was assigned to my house, who was six days out and never responded to my calls and texts, I called general and they responded right away and had a tech here within the hour and quickly and professionally fixed my issue. The tech, Dylan did a great and clean job!! Thank you so much!
