We are new to Ridgecrest and new to California. I called John Stivers a couple weeks ago and told him our issue, he was able to tell me over the phone what was needed and the ballpark figure. He was kind, timely, professional and got the job done. This is the man to know for septic issues. We will only use General Plumbing!
