Not going to say using Sears service is bad but $129 for diagnostic to just open an app on their phone and tell you “nope” we can’t get the part is all you get.
The technician was prompt,pleasant and did what he could do..

Steve was awesome. Came out, took a look and ordered the part. Came back the following week and installed it. Took him 15 minutes. Oven is working like it's brand new. Steve was on time and handled business. Much appreciated
