we had a new roof put on this last summer. The pricing was fair and the quality was great. Well this latest rain storm we were home and had a gutter overflowing. (We had gutter guards put on by Manny and his crew) They came on Saturday, the same day I called like 30mins, jumped up on the roof and cleared some built up dirt. Great service!!!!
Manny ended up showing up on my appointment day. He was late, but showed. I was very upset because of the lack of communication. He heard me out and was very apologetic. Once we cleared the air, he inspected my property and we moved forward with the job. He was very thorough, nice and respectful! He was also very professional and understanding. He completed the job and took pictures of the work that was being done since I wasn't home. Thank you Manny for working with me and doing a great job!
Manny came out to inspect our roof. He gave us a reasonable quote and didn't try to up sell what was needed. First he reviewed everything with us, then he took photos and measurements of all the problem areas. He submitted his quote to us promptly. Highly recommend.
