They were great ! I'm so happy with this place. My dog looked so happy when I picked him. I was nervous because every time I pick him up from Petsmart he had bad anxiety but that wasn't the cast here. My dog looked very pleased and when my dog is happy , I'm happy! I would definitely Be returning , everyone was polite and they responded to emails quickly. Top notch people ... I can tell they care for animals.
My guy was stressed out and did not have the best experience. New place, new groomers, and nervous by nature. They were upfront and honest and offered feedback to help with his next appointment! I appreciated that they cared enough to communicate that to me and also still completed the groom and made him look handsome as ever!
