These people are solid. I thank God for their service. I had used their service once on a Sunday when most service are slow or not available; but he came through. Second time we used the service, my daughter and friend was stranded somewhere on the freeway. She called me while I was traveling. I called Empire and send a pinpoint location. It was almost like Superman rescued my daughter. Car got towed and she was safe. I later Zelle the payment. No hassle, reasonable price and most important to me they are trustworthy. Altogether, we have 9 cars including company cars. I told everyone, call Jonathan at Empire towing service if we ever have a need.
I normally do not do reviews, But Jonathan and his worker were great! I was very stressed out trying to work and search for the best fair price around to tow our 2017 Silverardo. Jonathan was very patient and answered all my questions and really worked with me on my price. His worker was on time even a few minutes early and was very friendly. My fiancé and son rode in their truck which was very nice and well maintained and airconditioned. We know who we will be using for our future tows. Jonathan and his workers were awesome, and I thank them so much for their efficiency and professionalism.
