The long story...I chose to return to a life of physical labor after retiring 7 years ago at the age of 60. I bought some land and planned to build a log cabin from the timber on the land. Michelle is an amazing person and Rolfing practitioner. She has a very calming energy that makes you feel safe and accepted. She takes her time to listen and understand what is going on and expertly crafts a session for you with her extensive knowledge of different manual therapy modalities - Rolf Structural Integration, Scarwork, massage and more! I feel so much better in my body thanks to her! I am feeling more connected, less pain and overall a sense of ease and energy.
