I hired Wayne and his team for my remodel...he came out within the same week I called and installed two new evaporative coolers on the roof. Incredibly considerate, offered advice and I appreciated the expertise of his entire team. They came in and finished the job really quickly and professionally, later when I had concerns about covers, Bob came right over, measured, then came back the same day with newly cut covers for both coolers. Wayne and his team have done good work for us in the past (replaced furnace at our rental house and thermostat at our residence some years ago) but I'm kinda put out now because they haven't returned recent phone calls (looking to replace furnace at our residence). Who knows what might be going on, hope they're ok, no family crises or anything, but communication level seems sub-standard, not professional.
