My diesel truck broke down on Mammoth mountain. The mechanics on the mountain laughed at me and refused to help me.
I called Allen and he gave me free advice over the phone. When that didn't work. I had it towed to him. He was able to diagnose it and fix it in a couple of hours. He prevented a headache for me. I was able to get home.

I wanted to thank Brett so much. I was on a 11-12k Overlanding journey across the US and after cresting Silver Canyon I lost all forward gears in my 4 runner. I had to get a toe off the mountain on. Sunday but Brett was so kind to take a look early Monday to see what might have happened. He fit me in with the other customers he had responsibility taking care of and by early afternoon he had diagnosed that it was the throttle linkage cable that had been knocked out of position below the gear shift. Grandson driving our Yukon from Washington to California. Of course, the transmission goes out. Jim Allen group assessed the problem accurately. Great service, timely, the Yukon was finished in a few days. Jim Allen did all the technical required checks. Well done!! Our grandson was able to move from California back to Washington safely with the new transmission.
