Dave Bowlin came over on Friday and checked out the problem. Did a few things and decided we needed bigger equipment. So he offered to come back the next morning if we could do a little prep work then he would just charge a minimal amount. So Dave came over on SATURDAY with the bigger equipment and fixed the problem in 10 minutes. He not only didn't charge us for coming Friday he also didn't even charge us the low amount he had said he was going to charge for coming with the bigger equipment.
