We visited Big Bear for vacation and my dog needed subcutaneous fluids because she has chronic kidney disease. I made an appointment and they were kind enough to schedule me with the vet tech. He was great with my dog and I was in and out very quickly and efficiently. I very much appreciated them doing this for a visitor and will be back on future visits!
I always see the same Doctor. No musical chairs here. Dr. Kim is knowledgeable and wise. She does not over prescribe and she offers common sense and compassion. None of my dogs have ever been afraid to go to the vet because of Dr. Kim and the staff.
I've been bringing my dog here for three years and have had nothing but great experiences. The staff is prompt and polite, and Dr. Kim is a wonderful, conscientious vet who has successfully healed my dog from various health issues throughout the years. I highly recommend this place!
