They deserve the 5-stars! We had a AC installed by another BBL HVAC company about 5 years ago and, while problems have been minimal, we have always been surprised by the cost of repairs when it acts up. The latest issue was diagnosed by the original installer, and the "solution" cost was insane. So much so that we decided we'd finally see what else the mountain had to offer. Reached out to M&M, and they were quick to show up and do their own diagnosis. They came to a much more reasonable conclusion and their solution made much more sense (and was much more reasonable!). Awesome service. Will us again.
Prompt, polite and efficient! We needed service in the middle of a heat wave, and figured it would be at least several days before someone could come out. They were out the same day! Arrived when they said they would, made sure to communicate what was going on, and before I knew it, the AC was back to blowing icy cold air.
Highly recommend, got back to me quickly and we're on time. Dean was fantastic and provided me knowledge of my heater so I now much more informed with a better understanding of how it operates and helped me on how to use my new smart thermostat. They are honest and reasonable and I will use them for future!
