Joanna and her sister are both very experienced stylists, AND EYEBROW TATTOOISTS. YOU HEARD ME. Joanna and her sister both do excellent eyebrow tattooing. If you've had your eyebrows messed up by slitting with a scalpel Joanna is the one you want to see. She specializes in repairing damage from this type of procedure. Prices are reasonable and they really care about you. Give them a call.
