I have been going to Adela for more than 15 years for permanent makeup. I had been shopping for someone to do my eyebrows and eyeliners for many years. After peering at people's faces, eyeing their tattooed eyebrows & eyeliner I spotted a set of beautiful eyebrows and liners on a co-worker's face.
