Ned was extremely professional and thorough with his inspection. As a first time home buyer I really appreciated the time that Ned took with my inspection to ensure my safety in my home. He went over everything he found in his inspection in great detail so I had a solid understanding of his findings. Additionally, he also spoke with my father to explain to him what was found and have a follow up phone call with me as well for any questions I had. Ned went above and beyond with my inspection and I would highly recommend his services!

I am a Realtor and Lender that has Used the owner Ned and his team services of home inspections for 20 years. He and his team have always been great to work with and have saved my clients monies and in some cases the home or condo had to much for all to digest and work out so saving clients great deals of monies headaches and unforeseen liabilities in which he and his team discovered.
